Overview

Pizza Store V2 (“we,” “our,” or “the store”) operates this white-label web and mobile ordering application. This ordering service is powered by Per Diem, a technology platform that provides online ordering infrastructure to independent restaurants and cafés.

This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use this site or mobile app to browse menus, place orders for pickup or delivery, create an account, or otherwise interact with our ordering services.

For purposes of applicable data protection laws:

  • The store is the data controller of customer personal information.
  • Per Diem acts as a data processor, processing personal information on behalf of the store.

If you have questions about how your information is used, you may contact the store directly using the contact details provided on this site.

Your Consent

IMPORTANT: By using this ordering application or mobile app, you expressly and affirmatively consent to the data collection, tracking, and communication practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, please do not use this service.

We obtain your active, affirmative consent before collecting data beyond what is strictly necessary to process your order. Specifically:

  • On first use of our mobile app, you will be presented with a consent screen asking you to agree to this Privacy Policy before any data collection begins.
  • On our web ordering pages, a cookie and tracking consent banner will appear before any non-essential tracking is activated.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below, subject to legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain data.

This consent framework applies to all users regardless of location, and is specifically designed to comply with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Florida Security of Communications Act, the Washington Privacy Act, and similar all-party consent laws in Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, and Pennsylvania, as well as the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).

Biometric Data

If you use biometric authentication features (such as Face ID or fingerprint login) to access your account, we may process biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under applicable law, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

We will:

  • Obtain your separate, explicit written consent before collecting any biometric data.
  • Not sell, lease, trade, or profit from your biometric data.
  • Not disclose your biometric data without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Destroy biometric data within 3 years of collection, or within 1 year of your last interaction with us, whichever comes first.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our web ordering pages. These fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly Necessary: Required for the ordering service to function (e.g., session management, shopping cart). These are active without consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of our web ordering page, or by contacting us directly. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the ordering service.

California residents: You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To exercise this right, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available on our web ordering pages, or contact us directly.
